Elsol Company (ELSOLCOM) successfully finished its mentoring seminar ‘It’s REDINK’. REDINK is a mentoring system for start-ups and invited experts from different fields of IT to share their know-how’s in organizational management.
The seminar was held for three days from July 4 to 6 with top-rated experts in IT, sales, marketing and management as speakers, and drew attention even before the event was held.
In fact, the seminar was organized by Lee Kyung-jeon, Kyunghee University’s business school professor, AI expert and CEO of ‘Benple’, Ryu Jae-hyeon, Director of World DJ Festival and Hi-Seoul Festival, Hwang Bu-yeong, CEO of ‘Brandaimandpartners’, and Kim Ji-heon, VP of the Korean society for franchise management.
“We started our own business with pride in our technology, but we had a hard time dealing with unexpected problems in the field,” said a representative of a bio-venture startup company at the seminar, “This seminar has given me a lot of insights into how I can overcome imminent hurdles.”
“1:1 Mentoring” and “Linking Party” programs were held on the last day of the seminar. “Now that we’ve made a company, financial issues are not easy to solve. We started our company having confidence in our technology but it was hard to gain confidence of financial market. This seminar was a great opportunity to exchange information and meet potential investors through the linking party.”
