A contaminant is any unwanted material that is present in a product. This can be either chemical or biological in nature. The tote mixer has a drive motor, mixing shaft and mixing impeller built directly into the cap. Installation is as simple as removing the existing cap and screwing on an Integrated Tote Mixer. This system can be powered by air or electricity, the choice is based on the utilities available in the facility. The mixers can be used to agitate a wide variety of liquids, powders and semi solids that are normally difficult or impossible to mix by hand. Agricultural fertilizers, seed treatment and crop protection products are some of the most commonly mixed materials using these systems.
