A sales funnel can help you guide qualified prospects through your sales process so that they purchase from you and remain loyal customers. A sales funnel helps a company identify the best way to get their target audience's focus, overcome objections and increase engagement, and ultimately, increase sales.

 

1. Attention!

It is also where your targeted customers first discover about your business. Place your ads in a place where your target audience will be able to see them. You could also release news releases, create a a keyword-rich blog posts or host free webinars. The goal is to convince your prospects to join your mailing list, and to follow your social media accounts, because they are interested.


2. Keep them entertained

After your customer has signed up to your newsletter via email It is crucial to keep their interest and give them an additional benefit. Your goal is to educate them about your products and the ways they can benefit them. The information you provide to them could be similar to what you sent them at the time of attention (blog articles, eBooks, etc.). This stage requires you to provide more detailed and pertinent details.

3. Be aware

The prospect is clear that they need the item or service. To decide whether your product is suitable for them, they'll require more information. This will allow you to get to know your customers and make them believe in you.

Find testimonials from happy customers by using webinars, consultations and demonstrations of products.

Once prospects have been added to your list, it is time to begin the process of qualification. This is where the most activity takes place. The faster you can sort the leads, the quicker you will be able to move them down the funnel and convert the opportunity to the sale. This is the point at which you need to constantly communicate with your prospect.

You can ask them questions about how they like your content and maybe ask them for suggestions on how you could do to improve your site. Your user experience must be exceptional. Engage them (sometimes termed as nurturing) via an activity in your site like an online competition, through your blog or videos( you would like them to comment) through online chat and the likes. This is how you can attract new loyal customers.

Once they have been engaged, you are now able to offer them value. Offer them reports, infographics tips sheets, responding to an inquiry, or offering free consultations are some tactics that work well. Give the value of your clients will make it easier for them to go down the funnel.

It is important to please everyone! Be sure that your visitors leave your website feeling like they got a great deal from you. Don't be a failure to send Thank You emails when they have time to talk with you. It will make their service exceptional.

4. Intent

The potential buyer has decided to buy the product. After comparing the product and services, they must choose which one they prefer. Your blog posts will create confidence in your readers regarding the top offerings and services that you provide. Or, an email newsletter can help your brand stand out as an expert.

5. Evaluation

The potential customer is convinced that they're in need of your service. At this point you're letting them know that you're the perfect person for the job. You can do that by using a variety of content. You can create specific reports for your product, by hosting webinars, or no-cost consultations.

6. Buy Stage

This is where your prospect will actually decide to purchase. Your job is not done. Your sales funnel begins again. Your customer should be introduced to your products and placed in a new sales funnel. Customers who have bought from you previously are more likely to do so because they have faith in your company and believe that you can be able to solve their issues.
